"Helpful Once I Got Through"
I had an issue with my order and wasn’t really sure what to expect when I reached out. I did end up waiting a bit longer than I hoped, which was a little frustrating at first. But once someone got back to me, they were friendly and actually helped fix the problem without making it complicated. So overall, the help was good — I just wish the wait had been shorter

"Nice selection and easy ordering"
They had a lot of rugs to choose from, and the checkout process was straightforward. It did take me a while to make up my mind, but that’s probably just because there were so many good options.

"Showed up way sooner than expected"
I ordered this rug and figured I’d be waiting a while, but then it just showed up like 2 days later, which was such a nice surprise. I was kind of doing that thing where you keep checking the tracking even though you just ordered it, and then suddenly it was here. Really happy with how fast the shipping was.

"Return was easy, but still kind of annoying"
I had to send it back, which was annoying, honestly. The return process itself was easy enough, and the refund showed up fast, so that part was fine. Still, it’s frustrating having to deal with a return at all. I just wish I didn’t have to go through the whole back-and-forth in the first place.

"Pretty solid rug for the price"
It’s a good rug for what I paid. Nothing fancy, but it does the job and looks nice in the room. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing anyway, and I don’t really have any complaints. Good deal overall.

"Just the right color and size"
I was happy with this because the color and size were exactly like the listing showed. I’ve ordered similar items from other sellers before and the color was either off or the sizing wasn’t quite right, but this one matched what I needed

"Delivery was mostly fine"
The rug showed up the day they said it would, so that was good. The outside wrapping was kinda dirty and one corner looked a little squished, which had me worried for a sec, but once I opened it up the rug itself was totally fine. Not the prettiest delivery condition, but no real damage, so I’m happy enough...
